Age Restriction — Tobacco 21
In December 2019, the federal government raised the minimum age for the sale of tobacco products from 18 to 21 years old. It is now illegal for retailers to sell any tobacco product — including cigars, cigarettes, hookah tobacco, pipe tobacco, and electronic cigarettes — to anyone under 21 years of age.
Sierra Cigars strictly enforces this law. All purchases require age verification, and our carriers are instructed to obtain an adult signature (21+) at delivery. We do not sell to minors under any circumstances.
